A look at production: Worker at a machine

There's no such thing as impossible

Do you know Perfonette I, Perfoschnitte II or our so-called Butzenfresser?

You may be thinking that these are employees made of steel. Yes, our machines have names. They are very valuable to us. We cherish them and look after them so that they can be used for as long as possible. Our tool library offers a wide range of different hole patterns. True to the motto: There's no such thing as impossible!

How did it all start? At PERFONET we have been manufacturing perforated panels in various designs for over 25 years. We serve a niche market where the demand for our unique products is constantly growing - and we are growing with it. Initially, our main target group was the craft and architectural sectors, i.e. upmarket interior design. Now our focus is on the industrial sector.

Responsibility for the environment

Look out for FSC® certified products to help protect the environment.

Perfect teamwork: our departments

As in almost all manufacturing companies, customer satisfaction depends on the way our teams work together.

Production

Automation and manual labour are not mutually exclusive. We automate where it makes sense, for example with robots, and continue to work by hand where quality requires it.

Perfonet Managing Director Peter Lüderitz

Peter Lüderitz, Managing Director

"For me, being an entrepreneur means always daring to try new things and constantly evolving. First and foremost is my team."

Managing Director Peter Lüderitz has entrepreneurship in his blood. Having grown up with perforated panels, he is ideally qualified for his job.

The round shape also plays a role for Peter outside the company: As a former Round Tabler, he has achieved a great deal in social projects around the world and continues to be involved in this group.

Perfonet Sales Manager Sascha Korn

Sascha Korn, Sales

"Our customers are our partners. We always look for the best solution together and share our experience."

Questions about questions? Thanks to his many years of experience in our industry, Sales Manager Sascha Korn always has an answer. He knows our perforated panels like the back of his hand. With his friendly and calm demeanour, he immediately wins over his interlocutors and makes a significant contribution to the success of our company.

In his spare time, Sascha likes to hike or occasionally indulge in his old hobby: Gaming.

Perfonet Technical Manager Michael Ebding

Michael Ebding, Technical Manager

"I prefer to design and build new machines to improve our production processes."

When asked what a typical working day looks like for him, Michael replies without thinking: "There is no typical working day!" That's what he likes best - the variety. Organising processes, checking orders and planning the flow of materials. In between, he troubleshoots and maintains or repairs machines.

Michael joined perfonet in 2012 and also enjoys working with technology in his spare time. The tinkerer is only satisfied when he can try out something new.

Perfonet employee Alexander Noll

Alexander Noll, Production

"My colleagues are very nice and I never get bored. The job security at Perfonet is also important to me."

If you watch Alexander Noll at work for a while, the term "machine whisperer" quickly comes to mind. There seems to be a magical connection between him and our machines. His movements are fluid and each one is perfect.

Alexander joined the company in 2018 and is responsible for our production. When he's not making perforated panels, you can often find him in the gym.
